He is the member of Institute of Charted Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) having more than 9 years of experience in Business Process Re-Engineering/Benchmarking through ERP accounting systems, design and implementation, Internal Control Assessment (of Accounting Systems and overall), Audit & Control. He has completed his articles from A.F. Fergosun Charted Accountants & Co. (also known as PwC Pakistan). He has rich experience of Telecom, Apparel & Textiles, Microfinance, Energy, FMCG, Insurance, Foam Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, and Consulting Businesses. Furthermore, he is a certified Oracle Expert and serving as the Vice-Chairman of Seminar & Education Committee of Lahore Tax Bar Association.
Director Taxation, Corporate & Legal Affairs
He is the member of Lahore High Court and Lahore Tax Bar. He served in the office of Honourable Punjab Advocate General. He has deep insight of all tax reforms in the region and have experience of more than 10 years in all tax, corporate & legal affairs.
Director Actuarial Services
He is an associate member of Society of Actuaries, USA and Pakistan Actuaries Society. He also holds master’s degree in Computer Science and Mathematics. He has more than 24 years of local and international experience of actuarial work related to Employees Benefits and Life & General Insurance. In his career, he conducted Actuarial Valuation, Cash-Flow Projections and prepared IAS-19 disclosures of Employees Benefits Schemes for more than 400 clients.
Director Assurance & Advisory
He is affiliate of Institute of Charted Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). He did his articles from one of the four big KPMG, Taseer Hadi. He is also an Income Tax Practitioner and member of Lahore Tax Bar. He has more than 7 years of Industry experience.
Director Enterprise Resource Planning
Mr. Haroon has more than 8 years of proven diversified industry experience. He is an affiliate of Institute of Charted Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). He did his articles from one of the four A.F. Ferguson Charted Accountants & Co. (also known as PwC Pakistan) from its Lahore office.

He is an Internal Control Auditor from Institute of Internal Control, USA and an affiliate of Institute of Charted Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). He served multinational organizations in prestigious positions and developed Global Accounting & Finance Model. He also devised Transfer Pricing Model globally keeping their taxation model intact.
